UFO Australia July 2012

Eyewitness states:
I live on the cliff top at Hallett Cove. I am very used to seeing / video / photo-ing all sorts of aircraft and atmospheric phenomena over the 14years I have lived there..

Last evening, not long after sunset I saw something pass overhead at relatively low altitude (less than 500feet) travelling at about 30-50knots, heading NW. It made no sound and had no lights was black and I estimate it was about 8-10meters in diameter.

I have never seen anything like it, although it did appear at one stage to have the form of a helicopter but I would be 99% certain it was not from the form (diamond shape) at the initial sighting..

I am an ex-private pilot, so am pretty confident in my assertions about form and sound.

Unfortunately no more footage, by the time i’d run outside and fired up the phone camera it had moved too far away. I stopped filming because my daughter came out wih my Nikon & I did get some shots but thay are no clearer than the vid. My neighbour also saw it and got his binoc’s on it, he too thought it may have been a helicopter at first, but he confirmed, no lights and no sound…got me stuffed!!!
